Once the order is placed, the process of making your jewelry starts. Due to the made to order concept your order will be handcrafted especially for you.The duration of the production varies per item and is indicated at the relevant product page.

You'll receive an email once your order has been shipped. Your order will be shipped by DHL.The cost of each shipment will be calculated automatically at check-out.The shipping cost depends on the country. 

Please note that during busy periods, production time/delivery time may take longer.

 

All jewelry is handcrafted, made from raw materials. Every piece can therefore contain small imperfections and may slightly vary.

Due to the fluctuations in the financial market our jewelry is excluded from the 14 days return and/or refund policy. Products that contain a size default can be exchanged, this policy only applies if a size is indicated at the product page.

In this case the return request must be submitted within 7 days after receiving the order and can be returned within 14 days from the submission date.The costs and responsibility for the return are for the customer. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
